All Cages are Built-to-Order: This means your cage will be custom-made for you.  

IMPORTANT CAGE INFORMATION
ALL CAGES ORDERED HAVE A LEAD TIME OF 4-8 WEEKS ONCE PURCHASED TO BE COMPLETED, PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF CHOOSING POWDER COAT IT COULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS. THERE IS NO RUSH OPTION AVAILABLE ON CAGES.
  • Shipping:
    • Orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.  You will need a forklift to offload.  Residential may request lift gate for additional fee.  Please call for more details.
    • Custom Shipping Charges: Flat rate of $600 is applied at checkout for shipping deposit.  Once Shipping has been calculated through LTL freight, we will contact you for total amount.  
      • Note - Shipping rates can change without notice due to high market volotility.  Rates will be re-evaluated at time of shipment, and additional fees may apply.
    • Shipping Times Vary: Delivery times depend on the specific product and our current inventory.
    • Need it Quickly? Call us for the most up-to-date shipping estimates.
  • International & P.O. Box Shipping: We cannot ship via FedEx or UPS to these addresses.
  • Shipping Address:
    • Fraud Prevention: For security reasons, we can only ship orders to the billing address on the credit card used for purchase.
